Powder Testing and Certification

At Antebellum, we proudly fabricate, assemble, and powder-coat our aluminum fencing line entirely in Ocala, Florida. We use TCI Powder’s domestically manufactured coatings and maintain full transparency about our process and certifications.

New as of 2025Our new construction facility, opened in 2025, features all-new, state-of-the-art powder-coating equipment. This includes an advanced booth and pre-treatment system, giving us triple the capacity compared to our 2018 setup.

Our History with Powder
 

•     In 2018, we installed a Gema powder booth with an automated gun system, integrated washer, and curing oven. This line achieves 2604 & 2605 compliance.

•     By early 2019, we partnered with TCI Powder Coatings, whose custom formulations enhanced our finish quality.

•     Later in 2019, we earned TCI Certified Applicator status after a full audit and successful salt spray testing per AAMA standards.

•     Additional ASTM G85 cyclic corrosion testing demonstrated over 10,000 hours of durability, exceeding AAMA 2605 benchmarks.
